Mr. S K Garg founded Eldeco Group in 1975. Erstwhile he was a civil engineering lecturer in Birla Institute of Technology (BITS), Pilani. 

BITS is a premier engineering institute of higher education located in Pilani, Rajasthan. BITS Pilani offer various graduation and post graduation courses.  Thereafter he worked as a real estate consultant in Agra, Uttar Pardesh.
