Foundation of Eldeco Group was laid by Mr. S K Garg in the year 1975.
Before this he was working as a civil engineering lecturer
at one of the premier institute of India, BITS Pilani. He was among most
respected teacher of institute. Later on he showed interest towards real estate
division and joined as a real estate consultant in Agra.
Simultaneous to his consultancy in Agra he discovered lack
of transparency in the system. Therefore, he established Eldeco Group with an
aim to improvise transparency in real estate sector.
