Mr. S K Garg founder of Eldeco Group has provided platform to Mr. Pankaj Bajaj. He appointed Pankaj Bajaj as Promoter Director of Eldeco Group in 1996.  

Today, Mr. Pankaj Bajaj has transformed Eldeco Group into leading real estate developer of India. Also, he has been elected as President of CREDAI-NCR in 2011 due to his achievements and leadership qualities.

Foundation of Eldeco Group was laid by Mr. S K Garg in the year 1975. 

  

Before this he was working as a civil engineering lecturer at one of the premier institute of India, BITS Pilani. He was among most respected teacher of institute. Later on he showed interest towards real estate division and joined as a real estate consultant in Agra.

Simultaneous to his consultancy in Agra he discovered lack of transparency in the system. Therefore, he established Eldeco Group with an aim to improvise transparency in real estate sector.

Eldeco Group

The Eldeco Group was brought into notice by Mr.  S K Garg in 1975, son of Late Dr. K L Garg. 

Currently he is heading Eldeco Group as a chairman. Moreover, he is taking care of NGO established by his father "Dr. K.L. Garg Memorial Charitable Trust", a leading organization working for human welfare.

Prior to this he was a civil engineering lecturer in the leading engineering institute of India.
